Changing your mind

maggi dawn on : Changing your mind

When God steps into our conflicts, he doesn’t take sides. He always shows us something much bigger - something that puts the whole conflict into perpective - by showing us a revelation of Himself. When we are locked in conflict in the church, we don’t need to search for the answer from God as to who is right - we need to look for a vision of WHO GOD IS. There is all the difference in the world.

It’s Christmas Eve here in Perth and I’m spending a little time dropping in on the blogs I regularly read. I wish you a very merry Christmas and I look forward to reading your blog in 2006.

I disagree. I feel God does take sides. He did on many occasions in the Bible when there was conflict. For me the determining factor is God’s Word and what it says. If it says something is wrong then I’m sorry it is wrong or whatever subject it may be.

Even Jesus talks about it “If you deny Me I will deny you before My Father in heaven.” or Paul talking about those who teach “another Gospel”, etc.
