I’ll never take another web quiz again

Your ‘Do You Want the Terrorists to Win’ Score: 98%

You are a terrorist-loving, Bush-bashing, “blame America first”-crowd traitor. You are in league with evil-doers who hate our freedoms. By all counts you are a liberal, and as such cleary desire the terrorists to succeed and impose their harsh theocratic restrictions on us all. You are fit to be hung for treason! Luckily George Bush is tapping your internet connection and is now aware of your thought-crime. Have a nice day…. in Guantanamo!

Do You Want the Terrorists to Win?

I came across this quiz (indirectly) via bloggedy blog and knew as I was taking it how it would come out.

It’s not actually true, but hey — it’s only a bit of fun, right?

It’s not actually true…

Sez you, Richard.

Of course it’s true. It’s on the innerweb, ain’t it?

AC
who would probably score just as high

I scored 77%. I was actually hoping to score a little higher as I realized what BS this quiz is. Hopefully it’s meant as a joke?

I got 91 percent, but bumped it to 100 when I changed my answer to “What motivates the terrorists to attack the US?” from “Satan compels them” to “They want us to stay off their holy land and stop meddling in their affairs.” My real answer would probably be somewhere in between.

72%

I detect a note of irony in that quiz.

I knew you Methodists were up to no good. First Bonnie Prince Charlie and now Osama Bin Laden. That circuit preaching would one day get you into trouble.

well I’m nearly as much of a terroist as you!

96%

Ironic indeed!

85%. I am ashamed and very envious of Graham. Where did the other 15% go? Either the guy who does the scoring can’t do maths (which mean he may even be George Bush himself), or I am going to fast for forty days as a penance. I’ll assume the former is the case.

I’m 81% pro-terrrorism. It’s so typical of us Christians.

9

Ivan the Crank 11.23.06 at 9:25 pm

74% - but I’m not worried as much about them tapping my phone line, since I use my cell phone most of the time.

85% for me. Who knew? It must be because I’m Canadian and we refused to go to war in Iraq.

Blessings,

Eugene

This makes up for all those times in school that I fell short of perfection. I got a 100%. But, what, no bonus question?

It’s beginning to appear that the CIA should be keeping a careful eye on us here at connexions!

Kim 11.24.06 at 11:13 am

As Liz got 81% pro terrorism, I think the CIA may already be keeping a careful eye on us, Richard!

Aw, only 70% for me.

I took it, and scored a 21. I think tis quiz was meant to be a joke of sorts because the questions and answers were so limited. Even at 21% I got a stern warning. I support the war because I do think we are doing the right thing there. To encourage a democracy may not stop the leaders from setting up an Islamic based governement, but at least it will be more tempered if the people choose it. It is unlikely the people will vote in a Taliban like government. I want us to win, but war is long. My daughter is there and I don’t care what you say, if you do not support the mission, you cannot support the troops. I worry that we do not have the will to win, and if we do not win, there will be a worse bloodabath there than any you can imagine and it will be on our heads for deserting when things got tough. In my flesh, I want the emeny to be crushed at all costs. BUT, I realize this is the kind of war that may not have a military solution. I fear this GWOT is a spiritual war that many Chrisitnas will be martyred for. When the sword is at your neck and you are forced to convert to Islam or die what will you do?

Robin,

IF, I believed that the Islamic world as a whole was out to destroy us, I would say invading Iraq only lifted their cause.

What I do think is that our way of responding just made a radical element all the more appealing to some.

Comedian/actor Robin Williams is strongly anti-war but entertains the troops. They know he is against the war yet feel his support of them as persons.

Many service people in Iraq don’t think invading Iraq was right. However, they honor their enlistment. Some honor it out of duty, others because they have a conscientous objection only to this particular war and not to all war. In the U.S. you must object to all war to register as a CO.

Many service people have brothers, sisters, parents, friends who oppose the war. If opposition is done in a civil manner, the service people will accept, for the most part, that there is such a thing as supporting the troops but not the mission.

I served in the military, but greatly oppose our involvement in Iraq. However, I have participated in numerous programs that help our service people on a personal basis, such as the phone card program.
