Today is the 3rd International Blog Day, an opportunity for bloggers to make a special effort to share some of their favourite bloggers. I’m probably not following the instructions very precisely, but here are some of my local heroes, in no particular order.
John Heron Project by my great friend, Wood. Focuses on serial fiction, but often steps aside from that to share a robust opinion or two. I rate Wood very highly as a writer and very much value his friendship.
Rebranded doesn’t post as often as some, but when he does he’s always worth reading. Take this Why churches are like pubs a ferinstance.
Jim’s World just keeps coming up with terrific photographs of Swansea and its environs. Every day.
Organic Jac hasn’t been a regular blogger recently, but seems to have come back to it and is particularly strong on ‘green’ and fair trade stuff.
Finally, The Pig’s Lip offers a mixture of personal blogging with pictures and information about the joys of the Gower peninsular, about which this blogger is very knowledgable. A strong sense of place about this one, and all the better for that.
via Unueco donas forton, a splendid Esperanto blogger.
