A Joke

by Kim on September 29, 2007

Here’s a joke I’ve adapted from one about politicians in today’s Independent.

A Barthian is standing on the top of a cliff with a liberal and a member of the Religious Right. Whom does he push off first?
Answer: the liberal. Business before pleasure.

Have a nice day!

My Systematic Theology textbook had in the back of it a fictional dialogue between Barth, Tillich, and Bultmann. The beginning of it goes like this.

Barth: Theology is like good beer. Bonhoeffer - good beer. Tillich - beer. Bultmann - foam.
