Welcome back, Richard! Life’s not the same without your blog1
I had a Wednesday deadline to meet (and thought it was next week), so I was madly gathering in information before the editors met last night - and two important emails got held up by Spamjab and missed the boat! Maybe i can get it in at proof stage! What awek this has been!
Thanks, Richard. I hope so too. Because of Christmas, I’ve had to meet all my deadlines this week and i found that I was sending out information on January and February events as a priority before doing the same thing for December, which needed quite a lot of juggling! Since we were still in November, it was getting very tricky to sort out which month or even which year i was in! I found myself typing 2009 when I was still dealing with 2008 and then I found that I had sent to press that our centenary year next year celebrates 1908 to 2008! But I think I’ve managed to right that one!

Success - I can find it and get in!
The bigger spanner obviously did the trick…

I used a “yorkshire screwdriver“.
And my webhosts were very helpful.
I could have done without it though. Spammers! There must be something we can do…

Thanks Olive. It’s not nice, having a non-functioning blog.
Hope you’re given another chance with your deadline.
